Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support individuals with autism and children with special needs
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other professionals on behavioral techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
