Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in health status
- Assist with medical procedures such as IV insertion, gastric lavage, and sterile processing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Complete new patient in-take
-Document complex medical information to outline and improve health results that help determine immediate and routine care for the client
-See patients and clients, as needed
-Auditing charts weekly
-Participate in weekly clinician meetings and staff meeting
-Additional duties as assigned
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills
- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and assessing patient conditions
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Ability to interpret medical test results and develop appropriate care plans
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professional
