Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facility's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Repair equipment and facilities as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility problems
- Order and maintain maintenance supplies
- Work with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
