The Lead Administrative Assistant will serve within the Office of Business Partnerships, supporting key initiatives to drive industry engagement at the Daniels School of Business including executive education, experiential learning, executive in residence, etc. This role supports the Executive Director, Leadership team and operations of the Office of Business Partnerships, a total of ten individuals spanning four different functional areas: Executive Education, Business Fellows Program, Military Partnerships, Experiential Learning and Industry Engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating, scheduling, and coordinating with executive-level professionals and their respective teams
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy, brand guidelines, and overall visual appeal
- Legal documentation distribution, management and safekeeping
- Logistical planning and event coordination with stakeholders, partners, and internal constituents
- Administrative support for cross-functional teams, advisory councils, and project teams
- Data entry including Salesforce records, communication logs, and reporting
This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism and the ability to work autonomously with limited direction. The individual will be the main point of contact for NDA distribution, management and storage for all partnership activities and a key liaison with stakeholders and business executives. The position is hybrid: minimum of 3 days in the office weekly.
