RESPONSIBILITIES
The Resident Experience Specialist plays a very important role in the daily customer service operations of every Community. This position is the point of contact for residents and prospects who need assistance. The Resident Experience Specialist is responsible for providing conflict resolution to escalated issues with exceptional customer service to all residents and prospects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls
· Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, maintenance issues, and confirmations are handled appropriately
· Achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.
· Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-center database
· Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school education or equivalent.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, residents, visitors and prospective residents.
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
- Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
