About the role:
We are looking for a super ambitious, super motivated (Associate) Media Manager to join our growing media team. You will be joining a fast-growing international integrated marketing agency that boasts an award-winning team of media/creative/technology experts, and an increasing network of B2B tech clients. As the largest independent B2B agency, Transmission offer’s cutting-edge digital services to the tech industry and media campaigns across content marketing, design and production and media planning.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing agency/media team committed to delivering ground-breaking and award-winning ideas to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Planning and buying media across digital – including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, email and demand / lead generation

Campaign management: planning and briefing, to launching, reporting and analysis

Liaising with internal teams (Client Services, Social, Analytics, Finance, Management etc.) on all aspects of media programs – always knowing where projects stand

Supporting the wider team across all campaigns and client management as required

Demonstrating excellent communication skills, in person, on phone and via email
As the ideal candidate, you will be/have:

Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous with all client work

Be proficient across Entire Microsoft suite, DCM, Google Tag Manager, Convertr, Integrate, Datorama, and a project management software (Asana, Wrike, etc.)
Qualifications/Competencies:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paid media role

Experience with media planning on digital campaigns

Knowledge of B2B marketing

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Attention to detail and a desire to learn

Knowledge of content syndication programs is a big plus

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Active user of major social media platforms preferred
