Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to ensure food safety
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required
