Our Company is Looking for a Skilled and Friendly Receptionist to Join Our Team!
Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. They must be able to work independently in a quiet office but also be a team player. Our ideal candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
*Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field phone calls and emails from students in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist students with their inquiries and troubleshoot problems
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and organize databases and records
- Process education verifications for students
- Prepare, print, and ship student graduation documents
- Notarize student graduation documents
- File and submit the proper applications and paperwork for student document legalization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and scanning important documents, creating spreadsheets, and other tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform any additional clerical duties as assigned
*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education, Business, Administration, or related field preferred
- Former or retired teachers welcome!
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Registered Florida Notary preferred or ability to become a Florida Notary
- Accurate and precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat (experience in Mail Chimp is a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-directed and able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Experience in Social Media Management – Instagram and Facebook (a plus but not required)
- Experience in Sales (a plus but not required)
