Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and logistics, leadership, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience within the shipping and logistics industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing customer service staff
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) is a mus
