A nationwide prescription advocacy group is hiring representatives for the enrollment department. You will be a patient advocate assisting customers that call in to see if they qualify for prescription assistance. It is over the phone, all customers are inbound calls/leads inquiring about Prescription Assistance services in real time. It's a very non "aggressive/pushy" enrollment. Your are more advocating and order taking than selling. People are in need of the service they are calling in for. There is a paid training period. The main job consists of going over the qualification with the potential customer and if they meet all criteria to sign them up. There is a small base plus commission. Representatives in the enrollment department generally make between $800-$2200 a week. Our lowest reps bring home min. $800 a week on average.
