We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our services in the Dunwoody/Atlanta area. Position Overview:
As a BCBA at DH Therapy Atlanta, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members
Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate records and documentation by company policies and ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
