Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to effectively repair equipment - Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment - Weld or fabricate parts as needed for repairs - Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams by responding promptly to maintenance requests Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing machinery - Proficiency in using CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Experience with electrical systems, including working with logic controllers - Basic welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication of parts - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise external contractors - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they become major problems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams If you are a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
