Job Title: Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the spa
- Check in and check out for all the clients
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist to manage supplies and linens
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- High school diploma
