Job Summary
Large tech company looking for Customer Service Associates for the Mid shift (2pm-10pm) and night shift (5pm-1am). Must be able to work weekends! This position serves as the first level of support and acts as the primary interface for all our departments in addressing, handling and solving all of our customer needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for all Desk assigned issues.
- Ability to organize and respond to a high volume of emails daily
- Hard-working, highly motivated and energetic
- Eager to learn about all aspects of our operation, in excruciating detail, so you can explain everything patiently and accurately.
- Technically savvy is a must!!
- Bilingual is a plus!!!
Requirements include; 1 + years of experience in a Technical Support /Desk environment. MUST have reliable means of transportation and be able to work weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Familiarity with Windows OS, remote connection tools, and technical support Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Experience with Salesforce, Desk or other comparable CRM systems is preferred. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND. WE RUN BACKGROUND REPORTS ON ALL NEW EMPLOYEES.
