We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and/or office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer phones, file, and organize paperwork
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately and securely
- Support the team with general administrative duties
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
This is a full time, permanent position. Includes evenings and Saturday's
- Monday through Wednesday 10am-7pm AND Friday through Saturday 9am-6pm
