Job Summary

The qualified candidate will support the Sales Managers in their region help drive revenue for the overall territory. Heavy emphasis will be on maintaining the CRM to ensure all leads and opportunities are being worked. This position requires a strong understanding of our products and services, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, some sales experience and possess a high level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound market research phone calls to independent and franchise hotels.
- Outbound calls/e-mails to industry database of new construction hotels to confirm project details with follow up to calls/e-mails to designers, purchasing companies, project managers, management companies and owners as needed.
- Track customer data using company-standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Updating database with information gained from sales calls.
- Upload any missing documents needed for quote submission.
- Send out demo/model room requests.
- Ensure RSM has everything needed to present quote to the customer.
- Any other duties to requested by RSM to be able to deliver quotes to customers.
- Communicating with regional sales managers with respect to leads generated on a timely basis.
- Mail collateral as specified by sales managers.
- Assist, when necessary, with presentations, proposals, and collateral.
- Process incomplete orders on behalf of sales manager.
- Liaison with regional procurement companies.
- Coordinate sample shipments.
- Coordinate, Operations for project contacts.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal Inside Sales Support Coordinator will have the following skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of Inside Sales and or Sales Support experience.
- Self-driven, energetic and ambitious.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong business and technical aptitude.
- Microsoft and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Possess skills of ownership and Accountability.
