Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking and documenting maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Strong customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders and address their maintenance needs
