Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Works directly with the company's partners and clients professionally and respectfully.
-Navigate relationships between the company and clients to ensure clients are
satisfied with the services provided.
- Maintain client records and ensure the accuracy of information
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality while handling all aspects of the role, including billing
management, medical records, and booking travel and accommodations.
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Coordinate with hospitals to negotiate billing on the client’s behalf.
Qualifications:
-Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous medical office or legal experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Additional languages are a plus
- Experience in project coordination is advantageous
- Jewish affiliations ( companies clients are mostly LGBTQ Jewish families).
