Job Title : Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to a department. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, screens calls, schedules appointment, arranging meetings and amenities and maintaining files.
Performance Expectations
- Compile, verify, record and process forms and documents, such as invoices, statements, and vouchers; reconciling accounts and posting to journals, general ledgers, and other accounting records based on standard accounting practices.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, calendars, and meeting notes.
- Tracks conference calls, and meeting agendas.
- Open and prioritize Manager’s mail and receive/make telephone correspondence.
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating all travel for the facility.
- Preparing conference rooms for executive meetings by stocking supplies, cleanliness, and organization.
- Develop facility presentations for customer and employee presentations.
Support ordering and managing office supply inventories.

Credentials
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or work experience in a business environment.
- Minimum five years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
