Job description
Crosslink Paints has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be a part of one of our various teams which service shipments and will call orders out of Dallas, Texas. This role receives products orders by telephone, email, and in person from customers throughout the U.S. and Canada and are entered into our order entry system for timely production and shipping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning how to help, advise and represent Crosslink Paints customers by providing pricing, quotes, and processing their orders in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handle the resolution of customer requests promptly and courteously and/or direct them to the department who can handle their request
Respond to questions from customers about products and services and build upon their understanding of our industry.
Become knowledgeable about every aspect of customer service, which includes Shift4Shop system knowledge, order processing, custom color matching knowledge, shipping knowledge, and policies and procedures.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, shipments, pricing, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.
Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
High School Diploma or comparable certification (GED) required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in sales or customer service function is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints or inquiries.
Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone
Preferred Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Email Communication
