We are seeking a full time Front Desk Supervisor in our Rehabilitation Department. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, a strong team player, and who understands the importance of exceptional customer service. The schedule would include a mix of early and late days.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedules for physical and occupational therapy
- Facilitate referrals and treatment authorizations
- Assists with the billing of orthopedics and rehabilitation
- Answer phones
- Supervise front desk therapy staff in 2 locations (Malden, MA & Stoneham, MA)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical / physical therapy receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 year (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 2 year (Requited)
- Use of EMR: 2 year (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
