The Insurance Center has a new opportunity within our family-owned insurance agency. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will help us continue our 48 year tradition of providing exceptional service to the Mooresville area.
Job Description:
· Assist clients via telephone, email and text
· Respond to inquiries from Medicare policy holders and potential clients
· Schedule appointments for our Medicare Agents
· Preparing client information folders
· Emailing correspondence to insurance companies
· Updating company information at the request of the agents
· Entering client and policy information within agency database software
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
