Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist Residents with work orders/repair request
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Monitor and address emergency issues
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for order entry, data entry, and managing room availability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and calmness
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
