Seeking to hire a Dispatch Coordinator who will be in charge of assigning and organizing ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring: project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures, organizing and ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The qualified candidate would possess the following:

- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
Essential functions and responsibilities include the following; other functions may be assigned as well:
- Responsible for generating work-orders and interpreting assignments.
- Assign and schedule technicians and sub-contractors based on project needs, skill sets, location and availability.
- Generate electronic work orders, dispatch technicians, and notifies customers.
- Maintain customer interaction/satisfaction by managing concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Review project deadlines, complete calls, and paperwork accordingly.
- Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and HVAC work is preferred, not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
