We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our esteemed high-end facial plastic surgery office. As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. We do not have a manager at our office because we believe everyone should be able to do their job without oversight.
Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that patient preferences and availability are taken into consideration.

Maintain patient records and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents, ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, waiting room, and other common areas.

Stay up to date with industry trends, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.

Qualifications:
