Coldwell Banker Premier Realty is seeking a dedicated Specialist to collaborate with the VP of the department and act as the main liaison between corporate referral sources. They are also responsible for assigning relocation assignments to agents while monitoring the transaction through its completion as well as training agents in the basics of the relocation business and maintaining certifications for various third-party relocation management companies.

- Is detail oriented and can navigate technology easily
- Has a minimum of 2 years user experience with the Microsoft Office suite (including Teams, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Can create spreadsheets to analyze department data
- Will coordinate local tours for clients moving into the area
- Will manage UP and ensure the department is functioning at the highest level of performance
