Job Overview: Kissimmee nonprofit seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a wide range of tasks, indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry (doors, siding, windows), A/C systems, electric (lighting, security), plumbing (toilets, irrigation), landscaping/tree trimming, pest control, and other unique tasks.
Employee must have experience and be prepared to supervise one employee; coordinate projects including construction, renovations, repairs and installations; research and solicit vendor bids; and troubleshoot and address unique facility issues.
Must be extremely reliable with a range of skills. Pay is limited, no benefits but great work environment. Perfect job for young retiree!
