Position Description:
Ideal candidates are compassionate, financially driven, and will guide patients to treatment acceptance. The financial coordinator is expected to understand the metrics of the practice and to quickly adapt to the needs of the practice. Candidates will navigate patient finances and determine a plan to successfully complete treatment. Financial compensation will directly reflect in the success and work ethic of the candidate. Organization and follow up is critical to ensuring that patients will visit the practice to complete treatment. Candidates must produce results while coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional patient experiences. We are offering a competitive benefits package and opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Communications & Follow-up
- Use Google Sheets
- Use lead lists to convince leads to visit the practice for a consultation.
- Use prospect list to call and follow-up with patients who have had consultations.
- Send email campaigns
- Contact prospects and discuss ways to help them move forward with treatment.
- Collaboration with other departments to increase patient flow
Managing Leads - Maintain proper organization to ensure leads are not missed.
- Assist the appointment setter in making lead calls when necessary to fill the schedule. This is a priority for our success.
New Patient Consultations - Walk new patients through the New Life workflow
- Provide case presentations with the doctor
- Answer questions pertaining to the process
- Offer recommendations to help make treatment affordable
- Continue to follow up with patients regarding treatment
Financial coordination (Managing finances)
- Track practice collections and their sources.
- Consent Forms - Financial Agreement to be filled out by every patent who is moving forward with treatment and has paid.
- Manage monthly installments for in-house financing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Year of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience

Immersive training program with the Chief Financial Officer. Training period conducted onsite and potentially at another location in California.
