Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
LCB Senior Living, LLC, a prominent senior housing operator and developer, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role plays a crucial part in creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and correspondence.
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned.
- Handle basic inquiries from residents, families, and external parties with tact and efficiency.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in line with LCB Senior Living's values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic office equipment operation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle clerical duties accurately and efficiently.
