About us:
Cle Tiki Barge is a privately owned business that provides private and public tours on Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River. This is the 5th season of operation and is expanding beyond the tourism industry.
Cle Tiki Barge is looking to hire a part-time administrative assistant. A successful applicant will need to wear many hats because this position is very dynamic, and no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience with grant writing, press releases, and web content management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in event planning.
- Fluency in social media platforms.
- Experience in design (Canva, Photoshop, ext).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Hourly Rate based on experience and commission opportunities.
Expected hours: 20-30
Schedule:
- Flexible, but must be able to be reached during business hours.
Location:
- Cleveland based preferred, but this is a remote position.
