We are a Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation firm that is on track to grow, and we need an experienced Personal Injury Secretary/ Case Manager to join our team and work collaboratively to help our clients.

Duties:
- Opening new matters
- Customer service with clients
- Document retrieval, management and organization
- Ensuring that documents are properly saved to the Case Management System
- Drafting and sending routine correspondence
- Managing case files
- Collecting information from various sources including email and other correspondence, and other documents.
- Preparing legal filings and discovery: format documents, pull exhibits, proofread and redact documents
- Preparing court forms such as notices and other simple pleadings
- Creating and maintaining case contact sheets
- Calendaring to maintain attorney calendars and ensure all dates/deadlines are calendared
- Deposition scheduling

We need a Personal Injury Secretary with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week.
