Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, hotels, and transportation.
- Organize executive-level appointments, meetings, receptions, conference calls, and video conferences.
- Maintain constantly changing calendars using Outlook, ensuring alignment with the CEO's priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the CEO's office, handling them with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared.
- Assist in the creation and modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Actively engage in teamwork, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Ensure the security and privacy of any protected health information accessed during work activities.
- Manage and maintain executive's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and facilitating communication.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues.
- Manage and maintain executive's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Extensive experience in booking travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in drafting correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex calendars and schedules efficiently.
