What You Will Do:
-
Performs maintenances calls in accordance with company standards
-
Provides excellent customer service
-
Serves customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
-
Cooperates with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
-
Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
-
Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures
-
Maintains and updates knowledge of current of HVAC standards
-
Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
-
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
WHAT YOU NEED:
-
1-3 years of maintenance experience required
-
High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
-
Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
-
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
-
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.

Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
-
Properly complete paperwork.
-
Join the on-call rotation.
-
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
