Job Descriptions:
● Overseas Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Be responsible for aligning with requirements of overseas departments, comprehensively formulating and effectively executing overseas recruitment plans to ensure that recruitment activities are highly aligned with the company’s business development needs;
● Talent Information Collection and Analysis: Proficiently use various overseas recruitment tools to track key talent dynamics in corresponding industries and fields in real-time, conduct deep talent market analysis, and form an effective talent information pool to provide data support for the company’s recruitment decisions;
● End-to-End Recruitment Management: Be responsible for resume screening, interview scheduling, offer approval, coordination for physical examination, and entry and exit procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for candidates and their quick integration into the team;
● Campus Recruitment: Take the lead in the company’s overseas campus recruitment program, formulate and implement campus recruitment plans to ensure that the company can attract and recruit outstanding fresh graduates;
● Recruitment Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct deep data analysis on the recruitment process and results, identify bottlenecks and optimization points in the recruitment process, continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience,and provide scientific support for the adjustment of the company’s recruitment strategy.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor degree or above,with major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields preferred;
● At least 3 years or more relevant overseas recruitment experience, with extensive experience in overseas talent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation; candidates with their own talent pool or successful recruitment cases are preferred;
● Preference will be given to those with a deep understanding of the Fast- Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, who can formulate effective recruitment strategies based on industry characteristics;
● Adaptable to a global working environment, with excellent cross- time zone communication and collaboration abilities,able to establish good working relationships with team members from different nationalities and cultural background;
● Able to effectively explore and maintain various recruitment channels to enhance the coverage and effectiveness of recruitment activities;
Fluent in spoken English, able to use it as a working language, with excellent written communication skills, able to write professional recruitment documents and reports.
