Responsibilities
As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting caregivers on our platform. this includes onboarding talent when they first join, assisting them in scheduling their interviews, and acting as their champion throughout their career. Your ultimate goal will be to assist caregivers in building the best career for them.

Requirements
- RN or LPN with experience in LTC setting
- Customer service or sales experience
- Empathy and energy when interacting with nurse candidates by phone, email, and text.
- Collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
- Ability to prioritize and organize a dashboard of candidates.
- Willingness and desire to learn.
- Ability to teach candidates how to navigate and master the interviewing process.
- Ability to support candidates through their hiring process.
- Available to work during US business hours, 40 hours per week. 9-5pm in local time zones, and early morning / evening / night / weekend options are available. We cannot support part-time (less than 40 hours) at the moment.
