HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
-
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
-
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
-
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-
Provide executive support to senior and mid-level managers in a fast paced office, requiring flexibility and ability to prioritize ever changing priorities
-
Responsible for scheduling appointments for executives, to include briefings, meetings, travel, travel accountings and responding to inquiries from staffs
-
Resolves conflicts on own initiative using knowledge of manager's priorities, responsibilities and preferences
-
Daily coordination with other special assistants, administrative assistants and executive assistants on meetings and upcoming events
-
Responsible for event planning to include VIP visits, internal/external briefings, offsites, conferences and domestic and/or foreign meetings
-
Answers phones and refers calls to appropriate offices
-
Prepares for visitors by initiating security clearance information, escorts visitors, prepares background information and/or talking point papers

Works closely with facilities and IT on room renovations, ordering furniture, and IT equipment Develops and maintains accurate records and file management systems according to government guidelines

Produces and updates documents displays a strong knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and power point

Serves and time and attendance timekeeper ensure timesheets area certified prior to the deadline
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $132,964 - $123,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
