Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
SEO & Backlinks: Optimize website content for search engines and manage backlink strategies to improve our search engine ranking.
Marketing Calendar: Create and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
-CRM Management: Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating effective communication with clients.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Employee Training Portal Management: Manage and update the employee training portal, ensuring that all training materials are current and accessible.
Operations Assistance: Assist with operational tasks and projects as needed to support the efficiency of the organization.
Organizational Excellence: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written and visual content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and backlink strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing calendar management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage and maintain an employee training portal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing and operations support.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
