Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams. This key leadership role is essential for driving our business growth and expanding our market presence nationwide. The Director will oversee the National Account Executives and the Marketing department, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the execution of effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Sales Management: Lead and mentor the National Account Executives team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
· Marketing Oversight: Oversee the Marketing department to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
· Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
· Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to changing market dynamics.
· Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Product Development and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful delivery of services.
Work Environment
This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel is required for client meetings, industry events, and company functions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the real estate or data services industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industries.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
· Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
