ProFish is looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Washington, DC metro area. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales Representatives and supporting customer needs.
This is an evening position.
Schedule: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input and invoice sales orders
Answer calls promptly and professionally, taking messages and orders as needed
Escalate calls/issues to the appropriate individual or department
Attend to will-call customers
Make customer calls and follow call sheets
Update customer order guides and price sheets as requested
Maintain accurate customer price lists
Compile sales data
Engage in suggestive selling to current customers
Develop product and market knowledge to enhance industry understanding
Support customer service and sales department with special projects
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
3-5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
Ability to learn and use Me Page & Passport operating systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding telephone skills and etiquette
Must be able to work evenings, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
