The Administrative Support is responsible for supporting the Home Office Manager with various accounting and operational functions.

Compensation:
$16.00/hour
Responsibility Summary:
- Reconcile daily debit and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing.
- Process and communicate all bank card chargebacks and Automated Clearing House returns.
- Create corporate deposits and corresponding General Ledger entries.
- Assist in management of company fleet program.
- Coordinate home office maintenance and repairs.
- Correlate record retention and storage.
- Assist Home Office Manager in managing the corporate card program.
- All other duties assigned by management.
*This position is located in Flowood, MS. The employee will report daily to our corporate location. *
Work Schedule:
- Work Schedule: M–F; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; overtime may be occasionally required due to department and organizational needs.
