Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and maximize sales potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and build relationships
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing sales processes
