Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in various specialties across the state of Texas. Our hospitals and medical centers are renowned for their commitment to excellence in patient care, and we are looking for skilled RNs to help us maintain and enhance this standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency Room (ER): Provide immediate and efficient care to patients with critical injuries or illnesses. Collaborate with emergency medical staff to stabilize and treat patients in urgent situations.
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg): Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or dealing with acute health conditions. Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide post-operative care.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Manage the care of critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU): Provide care for patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical procedures. Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and ensure safe recovery.
- Oncology: Offer specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Administer chemotherapy, manage side effects, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certification in specialty area (e.g., CEN for ER, CCRN for ICU) is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in the respective specialty.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Salary:
Pay ranges from $32 to $55 per hour, depending on experience and specialty. Competitive compensation packages are offered, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
