We are a Public Accounting Firm seeking a hardworking individual to function as a dynamic Office Manager. We have two office locations and need an individual who can manage the workflow, client documents, deadlines and overall flow of the offices. The primary functions will be invoicing and accountants receivable using sage timeslips, accounts payable, answering phones, and bookkeeping. During tax season, the office manager will have to manage a high volume of client documents coming in and getting tax returns out to the client.
In this position, the candidate will be supporting our staff and working with clients. The ideal candidate must be organized, have good communication skills, and be able to multi-task!
Must be dependable and prompt and willing to learn on the job. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks is highly desired.
Prior office experience is required.
Bookkeeping experience is highly encouraged.
