Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and be able to type at least 40 words per minute. The successful candidate will work side by side with the CEO to input and maintain accurate data in our database.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Input and maintain accurate data in our database.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Review and correct any errors.
Ensure all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.
Organize and maintain paperwork and files.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
