Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, helping them develop essential skills and prepare for their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and engagement.
- Manage classroom behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a comprehensive curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet nurturing environment.
