Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals and ensuring the efficient operation of our practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical aesthetics, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Welcome clients/patients to the Med Spa, room patients as needed.
- Set up and maintain front Med Spa area.
- Verify patient information is up to date, including phone number and email, as well as consent and HIPPA forms.
- Develop understanding of all Med Spa treatments, services and products, including but not limited to Weight Loss, Botox, Liposuction and Aesthetic Services.
- Schedule clients' appointments and collect payments for services and product.
- Answer phone calls, return phone calls, and take detailed messages.
- Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in electronic health records systems
- Assist in scheduling patient appointments and manage the flow of patients in the office, collect payments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
