Apartment Property Manager

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community's operations efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing residents' needs promptly and professionally.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing units, conducting tours, and processing applications.
- Coordinate property maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Utilize AppFolio software for property management tasks.
- Handle legal administrative duties related to leases, evictions, and property regulations.
- Foster positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain resident records and financial information.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly by managing administrative tasks and coordinating with staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using AppFolio or other property management software.
- Strong understanding of property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes and vendor management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.
