The Orthopedic & Sports Institute (OSI) is seeking a full time (40 hours per week) Patient Service Representative for OSI. The successful candidate will create a positive first impression and establish strong patient relationships in a fast-paced environment. Typical hours are 8:00 am 5:00 pm. This position is located at the Appleton location.

Outgoing Referrals Coordination

3+ years of customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
