Job Title: Mid-level Project Manager
Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret/SCI clearance

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing duties and tasks as specified in the Program Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and directive.
- Responsible for serving as Midlevel Project Manager under the Sr. Project Managers.
- Provides support to a portfolio of multi-year projects designed to update buildings with new IT fit out based on customer requirements.
- Assists with the engineering, procurement, installation, securing and testing of all passive and active IT infrastructure to include equipment racks, audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems build-out and installation, end user device connectivity, automated information systems, voice over internet protocol (VOIP), and unified capabilities systems.
- Develop project planning documentation per customer templates and procedures.
- Develop and assist with tracking of project schedules that pertain to IT installations.
- Assist with cost planning for IT equipment and resources needed to complete project.
- Track assigned budgets for assigned IT projects as needed.
- Schedule meetings for stakeholders as appropriate to support assigned projects.
- Provide weekly project updates to the customers leadership as directed.
- Provide feedback on best practices and lessons learned to customer to improve their IT project management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret/SCI
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
- 2 years of working experience with Microsoft Project
Desired Qualifications:
- Current DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC)
- Five years direct experience in the last seven years.
- Functional knowledge of DoD policies and directives.
Education/Experience:
- 4 years of IT Project Management experience with Master’s Degree,
- 6 years of IT project management experience with Bachelor's Degree,
- 8 years of IT project management experience with Associate’s Degree,
- or 10 years of IT project management experience in lieu of a degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
