Job Overview:
Clowns.com is seeking a highly motivated and coachable Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, establishing strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our services to current and potential clients. This role requires proficiency in using computers and speaking English.
Responsibilities:
- Close deals from inquiries, inbound calls, inbound chat and text, and social media leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of Clowns.com's services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, as well as competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
- Follow up with previous clients who have booked Clowns.com and leverage that relationship.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally selling a service or product.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Proficient in English.
